Accu-Form Polymers operates 2 Rotational molding machines, a 2 arm shuttle and a 3 arm carousel. Each machine is natural gas fired, with a numeric temperature and cycle time controller. Parts as small as .5 lbs. or as large as 150 lbs are produced daily. Custom colors, mold in graphics, threaded inserts, and post mold graphics are all services we offer. Parts are trimmed using our 5 axis CNC router or by hand, and each part is inspected according to customer specific requirements.
